I have such wonderful memories of Frank and so deeply sorry to hear that he died. He married my cousin Susan when I was about 17 - I remember their wedding and the fun we had when he asked me to dance. His sense of humor, loving kindness toward us all, and keen interest in our young lives still warms my heart. Love and deep sympathy to Susan and all my cousins. Ellen Smith Sloan

Back in the day Frank made valuable contributions to the success of Eastman Kodak Company based on his unique application of mechanical engineering and business skills. He championed the concept of "competitive anxiety" and developed competitive intelligence models to support manufacturing strategies to beat the competition, particularly FUJI at the time. Frank was also a pioneer in the economic justification of Flexible Automation investments, i.e., Robotics, in Kodak factories. He made a difference.

My condolences to Franks family. He was my SCORE mentor recently and I knew him at Kodak a long time ago. He was always extremely helpful to colleagues and clients and treated everyone really well, a very classy gentleman!

My sympathies to Frank's family. I first met Frank during his volunteer work with SCORE. Frank was passionate about helping small businesses by encouraging their dreams to come true. A gentleman. The personification of a genteman. We at Score will miss him. Mark Cutler
