As soon as I met Wyatt, I could sense his uniqueness. He was incredibly passionate about numerous things, and his attitude and outlook on life profoundly transformed my perspective. Wyatt instilled in me the importance of pursuing my interests with fervor, never hesitating to venture into new endeavors, and never letting fear of failure hold me back. From now on, I will make sure to cherish every moment and strive to live up to Wyatt’s expectations. My heartfelt condolences to his loved ones. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

Man this one time early freshman year I saw Wyatt on my painting class break. It didn’t take him much to convince me to tag along to siesta key and leave everything that seemed important behind in that classroom. Just me and him. No plans just completely wing it. I’ll never forget that. I consider myself a guy that’s usually not persuaded was completely wooed by this fella I met only a few weeks prior. But that same fella seemed to have unintentionally and effortlessly teach me that nothing really mattered but living your life to the max. Pushing the envelope and making the best of all we have.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wyatt while he was a student in my department at Rochester Institute of Technology. Every now and again, I meet students and get a strong feeling they will graduate and do wonderful things. Wyatt was one of those students for me. He was a pleasure to be around, a great sense of humour, and a brilliant mind. My deepest condolences to all of his family and friends.
