We had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and his wife in Corning about 17-18 years ago. From the very beginning, Jeff welcomed us into this fun-loving group with open arms and a warm heart. We treasure the memories and all of the laughter shared. We can still see him raising the sword, what we believe was calling everyone to attention and signaling that the fun was about to begin. He had a special way of making everyone feel included. Rest peacefully, Jeff.

Jeff and I were friends from grammar school through high school and in drum corps together in the Barnard FD Blue Devils drum corps and the Hilton Crusaders. Jeff was a horn player who was asked to join the Crusader Color Guard for their win as VFW National Champions. As a John Marshall High School 1959 graduate he would attend zoom meetings with the other graduates, where he would attend dressed as various characters with appropriate backgrounds. R.I.P. old friend. See you on the other side.
