Batz, Kathleen M. (Willi) Pittsford:

February 15, 2026, Kathleen (Katie) unexpectedly passed away at age 79 at her home.

Katie was born on March 18, 1946 in Rochester, NY to late Kenneth and Florence Schuyler Willi. Katie was predeceased by her husband Raymond B. Batz of 47 years & also predeceased by her brother Kenneth S. Willi.

She is survived by her children son, Brad (Jennifer) Batz; daughter, Anna-Marie (Brock) Batz; granddaughter Angelina Batz; two nephews Ken and Kevin (Marisol) Willi, cousins, and many friends considered chosen family especially Debra Bendschneider and Kathy Grace-Cyphers.

Katie wore many hats over the years working as a life guard, administrative assistant, social worker, pet therapist, Ombudsman, and most importantly as a homemaker to her family. Katie had a love of the needlework arts that included quilting, cross stitch, needlepoint, candle wicking and especially crocheting and knitting. Katie even began to spin yarn in the years following the loss of her best friend, her husband per a promise she made him. Katie was committed to learning her favorite song on the ukulele, The Rainbow Connection--Over the Rainbow.

Katie was a thoughtful, big hearted woman who loved animals and now has been reunited in heaven with all of her best furry friends.

A private service is to be held in the Spring to celebrate Katie's life and honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport NY 14450
