Thomas J. Coakley of Honeoye Falls, NY passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.

Tom was born on June 5, 1956, to the late Pauline and Daniel Coakley.

He is survived by Alicia and sons, Andrew (Jamie) and Steven Coakley. His grandchildren Oliva, Harry and Jerry; his siblings, Barbara (John) Shoemaker, David (Suzanne) Coakley, Robert (Joy) Coakley and Mary (Mark) Knapp, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Friday, April 17, 2026, from 4-7 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 2 pm at the Wesminster Hall and Chapel 3886 Rush Mendon Road, Mendon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's memory to the APDA-the American Parkinson Disease Association.
