Obituary of Katherine D. Amorese

Katherine Desmann Amorese of Gilbert, AZ passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at age 95. Born in Honeoye Falls on March 21, 1928, she was the daughter of Mildred and Leslie Desmann. She graduated from Honeoye Falls High School in 1945. She was inducted into the HF-L Alumni Hall of Fame in 1998. She was predeceased by her husband Anthony, her son Gary, and her parents. She is survived by her daughter Linda Abbott of Port Orange, FL, her sons James (Maria) of Scottsdale, AZ and Paul (Amy) of Gilbert, AZ, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sisters Marjorie MacKenzie of Pittsford and Ann (Richard) Kase of Sayre, PA, brother Leslie (Liz) Desmann of Lima, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, nieces and nephews. A small, private family gathering will be held in the spring at Honeoye Falls Cemetery.
