Obituary of Ellen N. Jopson

Ellen (Hammond) (Nye) Jopson, of Livonia, Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the age of 78. Ellen was born the daughter of Floyd and Ruth French Hammond on June 21, 1937 in Avoca, NY. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Livonia and retired from the Livonia Central School District where she taught for 33 years. She was predeceased by her husband Theodore Jopson, grandchildren Colin Gott and Jennifer Allen. Ellen is survived by her loving children Andrew (Lisa) Nye, Donna (Don) Nicholas, Julie (Eric) Gott; stepchildren Karina Stubenrauch and Ted Jopson; her grandchildren Jordan (Mason) Martinez, Emily Nicholas, Dallas Connell, Tessa (Oren Taylor) Connell, Tom Gott, Harleigh Gott, Amber Stubenrauch, Erin Stubenrauch and Heather Jopson. Friends may call Thursday, August 6, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls, NY.
