Obituary of Terry F. Marlowe

Terry F. Marlowe of Rush/Honeoye Falls, died Thursday, January 29, 2009 at age 66. He was born the son of Francis and Marion Lane Marlowe on December 17, 1942 in Rochester, NY. He was a retiree of Centry Group in East Rochester as a head purchaser for 34 years. He was a graduate of Rush-Henrietta High School and Ithaca College. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Joanne. His son and daughter in law Mickey and Laura Marlowe and his granddaughter Macy. Many good friends and especially his best friend Bob Pippen. To all of his acquaintances in the draft horse community and the Rush-Henrietta Wrestling program, which was very important to Terry, the family thanks all of you for the love and support that you have shown Terry over the last 4 years. The family would also like to thank Dr. Smith and the Oncology Unit at Highland Hospital for the care that you provided Terry, or as you better knew him "The Legend". Friends may call Monday, February 2, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, February 3 at 10 am in St. Josephs Church, 6105 Rush-Lima Road, Rush, NY. Burial, Pine Hill Cemetery.
