Obituary of Robert K. Palmer

Robert K. Palmer age 88 of Honeoye Falls, died June 20, 2009 at Highland Hospital. He was born the son of Kern and Grace Fishell Palmer on May 13, 1921 in Honeoye Falls, NY. He was a WW II Navy Veteran; past commander of the American Legion, Honeoye Falls; life member of the Honeoye Falls Fire Department; former Village of Honeoye Falls Trustee, Deputy Mayor and sat on the planning and zoning board. Robert was also a member of the Masons. He was a retiree of Stromberg-Carlson in Rochester. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Wilma; children, Donald Palmer, Robert Palmer and Barbara Rose. Grandchildren, Kinley Palmer, Benjamin and Carley Rose. Great grandson, James Robert Szeremeta. Sister in law, Alberta Palmer; nephews, Richard (Marybeth) Palmer and Charles (Gail) Palmer. Friends may call Tuesday, June 23, 2009 from 4-7 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. Private burial, Honeoye Falls Cemetery.
