Obituary of Adele Otterstatter

Adele Otterstatter of Rush, died, Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at age 87 at the Arroyo Grande Care Center in Arroyo, CA. Adele had been residing in Santa Maria, California since 2006, living near her daughter and grandson. She was a long time member of Lima Baptist Church. She was born the daughter of Samuel and Bertha Sercho Verwied on April 23, 1922 in Michney, Romania. She was predeceased by her husband Hermann in 1986; sister and brother in law Helene and Willy Hellmann. She is survived by her daughter Hilde and grandson Gary King of Santa Maria, CA; son, Richard and family; sister and brother in law Hilde and Willy Sohn. Numerous nieces, nephews and their families in various parts of the country. Also, her church families in New York and California. Friends may call Friday, October 9, 2009 from 6-8 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. Her Funeral will be held Saturday, October 10, 11 am at the Lima Baptist Church, 1574 Rochester Road, Lima. Burial, Pine Hill Cemetery, Rush.
