Obituary of Ward William Darron

Ward Kenneth Darron, Jr. of Rush, died Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Highland Hospital at age 79. Kenneth was a retiree of Eastman Kodak, where he was a mechanical engineer. He was a member of the Rush United Methodist Church. He was born the son of Ward and Flora Fielder Darron, on October 27, 1930 in Rochester, NY. He is survived by his wife, Janice; son, William (Monika) Darron of NJ; daughter, Susan (Lance) Wierenga of CO; grandchildren, Anna, Eva, Maria Darron and Steven, Daniel, Andrew, Jackson Wierenga; sister, Mary Hock of Syracuse; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call Thursday, November 19, 2009 from 3-8 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. Services will be held Saturday, November 21 (please note date), at 2 pm at the Rush United Methodist Church, 6200 Rush-Lima Road. Burial, Pine Hill Cemetery.
