I often visited Catherine just to chat and to offer prayers. She had many interesting stories and a dry wit that was a gift during her times of physical pain and suffering. She really was unhappy that she couldn't walk and take care of herself, but that independent spirit was what made her who she was. Her aides were wonderful with her and kept her looking neat and well cared for. It was a wonderful gift to Catherine that the family fixed up her home so that she could spend her last years there, I pray that God will reward you with many blessings for your thoughtfulness. God Bless you all and Merry Christmas.

I will always remember Kay as a gift in my life. She made me laugh with her cute sense of humor. Through her difficult days she never failed to express a thank you when in fact, it was my pleasure to assist her with her needs. I will miss Kay greatly and think of her with affection often.
