Obituary of Edward R. Roberts

Edward R. Roberts of Honeoye Falls, died, Sunday, January 10, 2010 at FF Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua. Edward was 86. Ed was born the son of Ralph and Mellie Steffano Roberts on April 3, 1923 in Honeoye Falls. He was a jeweler for over 46 years. He started his business in Fairport named Eddies Jewelry and Confectionary and finished his career in Honeoye Falls at Eddies Jewelry. He was a member St. Paul of the Cross Church in Honeoye Falls. He is survived by his children, Carolyn Anne (Loren) Wohlgemuth of Mt. Vernon, WA; Cynthia Lena Breen of Mt. Vernon, WA; Jacqueline Nancy Roberts of Seattle, WA; Michael Edward (Kimberly) of Honeoye Falls; grandchildren, Loren Jr., Jeremiah (Sara) Wohlgemuth, Jessica (Corby) Stephens, Orion and Leah Breen, Angela Harris, Zachary and Alexander Roberts; great grandchildren, Willow, Cooper, Jonah, Jeremiah and Nolan. Friends may call Thursday, January 14, 2010 from 4-7 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, January 15 at 10 am at St. Paul of the Cross Church, 37 Monroe St., Honeoye Falls. Burial, St. Paul of the Cross Cemetery.
