Obituary of Carl W. Treat

Carl W. Treat of Mendon, formerly of Pittsford and residing at Pinehurst in Honeoye Falls for the last few years, died Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Highland Hospital in Rochester. Carl was 91. He was born the son of Alfred and Bessie Price Treat on February 28, 1919 in Rochester, NY. Carl was self employed as a dairy farmer for many years. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Patricia (Farrell) Treat; his son David A. Treat; grandsons, Shaun, Ryan and Devin Treat. Many nieces, nephews and cousins. No prior calling. His Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 11:30 am at Our Lady Queen of Peace, 601 Edgewood Avenue. Burial will be held private at Whitehaven Memorial Park. Memorials to McQuaid Jesuit High School, 1800 S. Clinton Ave., Rochester, NY 14618 or masses may be offered for the repose of his soul.
