Obituary of Richard H. Harris

Richard H. Harris, of Rush, NY died Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at his home. Richard was 80. He was born the son of Arthur and Helen Hills Harris on March 21, 1930, in Mt. Vernon, NY. Richard was self employed for over 40 years as a distributor for Vitaminerals. He was a former Town Justice in Rush of 20 years and was a member of the Stevens-Connors American Legion Post #1330 in Rush for 44 years. Richard was a Korean Conflict Veteran serving his country in the US Navy. He is survived by loving wife Priscilla "Pam"; daughters, Susan (Daniel) Gottheimer, Karen Goodwin; grandchildren, Audrey, Ann, Sean, Stacy, Sarah, Cameron; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth Leith. Nephew, Charles Brown. No prior calling. Friends may attend Services, Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 1 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc., 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Rush Fire Department.
