Obituary of Robert W. Surdick

Robert W. Surdick of Pittsford, NY and formerly of Bethel Park, PA, died Friday, July 27, 2012 at age 88. Robert was born the son of Walter and Laura Majeski Surdick on September 18, 1923 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was a WW II Air Force Veteran serving his Country from 1942 to 1945 Robert was a retired Production Manager at BBD&O, an advertising agency in Pittsburgh, PA. Robert was an outstanding artist, and was an Entomologist, he studied insects since the age of 4. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Tressa; son Lawrence (Kathleen) Surdick; daughter Rebecca (Doug) Surdick-Pifer; 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and sister, Ruth (Regis) Kwiatkowski. Services will be held at All Seasons Chapel at Whitehaven Memorial Park, Pittsford, NY on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 10 am.
