Obituary of Alma A. McDermott

Alma A. McDermott of Honeoye Falls, formerly of Greece, died Thursday April 18, 2013 at age 86. She was born the daughter of Hugh and Alma Behr Doherty on November 22, 1926 in Rochester, NY. Retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. and was a resident at Pinehurst Senior Living Center in Honeoye Falls for several years. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas in 1995; her brothers, Richard, George (Marge) and Frank Doherty; brother in law William Boddy; survived by her sister, Joyce Boddy; sister in law Jean Doherty; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 2-5 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday 10:30 am at St. Paul of the Cross Church, 37 Monroe St. Honeoye Falls. Burial, Irondequoit Cemetery.
