Obituary of Carl H. Belcher

Carl H. Belcher of Webster and formerly of Naples, NY, October 18, 2015 at age 77.  Survived by his children, Tammy (Roger) Boda, Colleen Davis, Penny (Dave) Hastings, Blake (Suzanne) Belcher, Joshua (Sarah) Belcher and Zachary (Molly) Belcher; Companion, Shirley Shaw; sisters, Doris (Gary) Paine, Cindy (Jeff) Lord and brother, Neil (Sue) Belcher; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces nephews and cousins. Friends may call Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Merton H.
