Obituary of Gerald L. Madigan

Gerald L. Madigan, Jr. of Honeoye Falls, died Monday, April 4, 2016 at age 88. He was born the son of Gerald and Margaret Foley Madigan on May 8, 1927 in Rochester, NY. Jerry served his country during WW II in the United States Navy. He was a retiree of the Genesee Brewery where he worked for years delivering cold refreshment to the area. He was predeceased by his wife Pearl, brothers Tom and Richard Madigan. He is survived by son Scott (Cynthia) Madigan; grandchildren, Jerrold, Jonathon, Joeseph and Jessica (William) Figueroa; great granddaughter, Alice Pearl Figueroa; sisters, Eleanor Morris, Madeline Dir, Virginia LaJuett, Theresa Harrington and Rev. Kathleen (Julie) Madigan; brother, Robert (Joan) Madigan; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call TODAY, Wed. April 6, 2016 from 4-7 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. His Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thur. 10 am at St. Catherine of Siena, Mendon. Burial, Mendon Cemetery.
