Hello members of Keith's family,
I just want to write and tell you all how much I adored Keith, and how very happy he made my mom, Cathy Schnurr.
Keith was special to our family in many ways. He had a great sense of humor and a spectacular twinkle in his eye. Always ready with a quip or comical come back, Keith never failed to make me laugh. He was wicked smart and enjoyed deep conversation, and I'll always remember our long visits over lunch or at the ball field watching my son play baseball.
He was devoted to my mom and brought her joy and companionship after the loss of my dad. His love letters were stunning, and his lively phone messages and serenades made many a lonely day much brighter. His fondness for purple purses and generosity in sending my son baseball cards will always be remembered! My mom truly loved and admired Keith for his intellect, his kindness and his generosity.
We will miss him terribly and treasure our memories of time together.
With sympathy for your loss,
Elizabeth Benefield

Our deepest sympathy to the Dewey family. We were fortunate to have gotten to know Keith through the good times he spent with my Mom, Cathy Schnurr. He was always kind and very thoughtful, and we enjoyed his company and his wit. We will remember him smiling, wearing his white suit and always looking very dapper wherever he went. He and my Mom loved their time together, especially "Happy Hour"! Cheers dear Keith, you are missed and loved very much.

I miss dear Keith very much. We enjoyed 5 years of memorable and happy times in North Carolina and New York. His family and my family were most kind and thoughtful to both of us. He will always have a special place in my heart. My deepest sympathy to the Dewey family.

Dear Dewey Family,
We were saddened for all of you at Keith's passing but do rejoice he is with Flo again! We appreciated this man as a kindly soul, wonderfully humorous, deep-thinking, and great neighbor; (we lived next to him on Washington Blvd. in Bath New York for many years as I served at First Presbyterian Church there in Bath. We send you all our thoughts and prayers at this time. God bless!

My heartfelt sorrow in the loss of your beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be greatly missed. His spirit lives on in each of you as you live your lives. I saw this spirit in Wayne and Laura when I was their pastor in South Canisteo United Methodist Church a few years ago.
May the God of all comfort be with you all in the days ahead.
With Christ's love, Rev. Raymond Shaw

Grandpa,
How I miss you! I wish I had gotten to see you more often over the past year, and tell you how much you meant to me. I know you knew that, but I just wish I had the chance. I will treasure so many happy memories of you in so many places, some of the best years of my life. Honeoye Falls, Falconer, Bath, Melbourne, Christmas Eve services singing around the piano and cracking jokes with Grandma by your side. You baptized me, you married us, you were there for so many important moments and I am so grateful for that. I know Grandma is finally there by your side again, and you are together looking down on us. I love you!

Uncle Keith- you will be missed! You baptized me, married Stephen and me, and spoke at my Dad's funeral. My brother is your name sake. You, Aunt Flo, and my family trekked across Paris on the Metro to find the restaurant that Christine raved about. We carried doll "Alice" like a baby across Europe. From cocktail hours to weddings, funerals to parties, you were a fixture in my life. RIP!

I am sorry for your loss. He was quite a man and he did many favors for me over the years. We used to have such fun sitting on his porch in Florida and talking. I am glad I got to see him one more time just before his death. I know he will be missed by many and by the whole family.

Rev. Dewey was our first pastor when we moved here in 1985. He baptized our son, Ben, 30 years ago. Rev. Keith and Flo were both special people in our lives, and they will both be truly missed.
