Obituary of Meredith D. Conley

Meredith Deblon Conley of Honeoye Falls, died Monday, February 27, 2017 at the age of 31. Meredith was born July 26, 1985 in Rochester, NY the daughter of Thomas Conley and Mary Deblon. She was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth, Grandparents William Conley, Donald and Emily Deblon. Survived by her loving parents Thomas Conley and Mary Conley (Michael Adams); Grandmother Louise Conley; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many dear friends. Meredith and Elizabeth were born with Special Needs and became part of that community. Their lives touched many and they in turn were cared for, nurtured and loved by more than we can name. Our sincere gratitude goes out to those who in anyway were part of their lives. No one expected our girls to live and actually thrive to ages they did. It was because of all of you we were able to keep them at home and give them both the best lives possible. Thank you all for your ideas, energy, friendship and love. Friends will be received Friday, March 3rd from 4:30 – 7:00 pm at the Victory Baptist Church, 32 Wildbriar Rd, Henrietta followed by a Life Celebration at 7 pm.
