I am so very sorry to hear this; while not close friends, Barb and I saw, smiled, and spoke together from time to time since many years ago when the boys were at Middle School, and I enjoyed running into her around the village. I admired her dedication to the family and animals she loved. Blessings to all

Dear Ben, Christian, and Nick, and the rest of the family,
I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of Barb. She was a very special person to me, and I know you are all missing her lovely smile and the kindest of hearts. I loved catching up with her at Jazzercise or seeing her in town. We were able to stay in touch as both boys grew up and she always was so proud to share your lives with me. Having both of you in 6th grade was a treasure especially since you were all amazingling kind and sweet. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers during such a sad time. Try to find peace in your fabulous memories. Gone from sight but never forgotten. You will feel her presence in the wind, the sun, the birds, the animals, rainbows, and so many other ways she will still be with you. I remember Barb bringing a dog pen with a new puppy to Jazzercise in Bloomfield for she didn't want them left alone. Of course that was Barb!
Love & Prayers to all of you!

I only met Barbara during a spay and neuter clinic in Cancun, a couple of years ago. I kept in my mind the image of her hard working at the clinic, and also of a very nice person I had the privilege to meet, even if for just a few days. Her love and dedication to animals was obvious.
I am so very sorry to hear about her passing and know what a difficult time this is for her family. May you find comfort on the memories of all the things that made Barbara the good person she was.
Sincere condolences and wishes for strength and courage through this difficult time.

I had the privilege of seeing Barb, for the first time in many years, when our Class of '76 had a "mini" reunion at my home. She was still the beautiful, smiling, warm and caring person I remembered. It saddened me immeasurably to hear the news of her passing. I have many fond memories of time spent at the Marlette home on Paddock Street as a teenager. My heart goes out to Ben and the boys, and to the rest of Barb's family and friends. May your memories comfort you during this difficult time.
