To Mary Lou's family, Our deepest sympathy for your loss of a wonderful woman.
She always had a smile and she loved her time as a bus driver, and she loved being with the kids on her bus. May she rest in peace. God bless you all.

My heart is so sad that this world has lost a sweet and beautiful lady. I extend my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your mother. Mary Lou was a lovely lady who had a spirit of kindness, lots of love, compassion, and generosity. I will remember her as a fun person who was always smiling and happy. Also, I remember the times that she and Bud invited my mom, dad, and me to their house in Clayton, NY and boat ride on the St. Lawrence River. That was so much fun! My thoughts and prayers are with the Schmidt Family at this difficult time. Mary Lou is an Angel in Heaven and watching down on her children, grandchildren, and other loved ones.
With Sympathy,
Lynnie Cady

Sweet Marylou..you were so much fun to work with at the bus garage. I always chuckle when I think of the piece of wood they had to put on your gas peddle so you could reach it! You always were happy and had a big smile! Rest in peace my friend.

Our deepest sympathies to your whole family. So many memories while growing up with you all as neighbors across the field, our first kittens your mom gave us, letting us pet the cows, snowmobile rides in the field, teaching us to ride a horse, school bus rides, and many more. Always remember her calling us “yous guys”. Hugs to each of you.
