Obituary of Sarah B. Lightner

Sarah B. Lightner of Rochester, NY, died Friday, November 9, 2018 at age 87. She was born February 7, 1931 in Waynesburg, PA, the daughter of the late Edmund and Margaret Lockart Barclay. She was alos predeceased by her husband Victor; brothers, Clarence (Juanita), Harold (Aggie) Barclay; sister Martha (Howard) Pettit. Sarah is survived by her sister, Marian (Keith) Kughn of Waynesburg, PA; brothers, John (Weedena) of Henderson, CO; James (Patricia) of Honeoye Falls, NY; and David (Sylvane) of Langley, WA; several nieces and nephews. Sarah taught in the Trinity School District for 34 years. She was an avid reader, loved to travel and play cards. No prior calling. Friends may attend Services Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018 at 1 pm at Behm Funeral Home, 182 West High St., Waynesburg, PA. Burial in Garard's Fort Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
