My deepest sympathy Betty. There are constants in our lives and Marty was certainly that. He was loyal, responsible, trustworthy and a true friend to so many and a loving husband to you. He never refused to help a friend, to repair whatever, to direct someone to the part they needed or the business that could help them. He gave Pam her first airplane ride, he gave her her first vintage car ride and he drove many local who’s who in the various village parades. Constants are there when you need them and Marty performed that role over and over. He left us all with great memories and I know your sadness will at least be buoyed by the cherished remembrances of all the wonderful years you shared. Stay strong my dear friend.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts and your wonderful memories will give you some relief during this difficult time.

It was so sad to hear of Marty's passing this morning. He was always a friendly guy that I enjoyed his friendship. He knew each other because of old cars. Marty was Ev Lewis's right hand man ,and that is how we met when he helped put the antique car show on in H/Fs. His old cars were always top notch. Marty and Betty were fixtures in the old car world, something that has had a hook on me my entire life. He was a swell guy that will be missed by all who knew him. My sincere condolences to Betty and their family. God has already blessed him many times over....

Betty, I am so sorry to hear about Marty’s passing. Such fond memories of you both. I loved making candles at your home when I was a child. My husband and I stopped by your house in Honeoye Falls in Oct 2017, but no one was home. I’m sorry we missed you. I live in North Carolina. Mark lives in Rockin, CA and Greg lives in Bronxville, NY. Sending love, hugs and prayers to you!
Love,
