Howard was a dear, dear man who will be missed by many, particularly my own father and close friend, Ray Milne. The guys liked their breakfasts and lunches together and a wonderful connection - and teasing us! Howard's patriotic and determined soul and sense of humor will will be so missed; truly a fun and gentle man, I am so glad I had a chance to get to know him these last few years.
