Obituary of Sorine S. Markert

Sorine "Sunny" Markert, 78, of Honeoye Falls, New York, passed away on January 19, 2021. The family will be having a private service due to COVID 19. Sunny was born in Johnson City, NY and later moved to Tennessee. After Graduating from Dupont High School in Old Hickory, TN she entered the Dental Field where she worked her 50+ year career as a Dental Hygienist. She was a Reiki Master and devoted much of her life to helping others. Sunny was an avid Motorcyclist and lifetime member of the American Motorcycle Association. Sunny was a loving Mother/Grandmother and loyal friend and is survived by her Sons James Michael (Lynn) White, Paul (Danielle) White, and her five Grandchildren Kristin, Mason, Ben, Carter and Abigail White. She is preceded in death by her Siblings Karen "Tinker" Smith, Joseph "Skip" Stepbach, and long time companion Ted "Teddy" Koetz. Memorial Donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or Alzheimers Association.
