Obituary of Mary Pat Tobey

Mary Patricia (Beikirch) Tobey of Henrietta passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 2, 2021. After raising her family as a long-time Scottsville resident, Mary Pat moved to Henrietta with her husband, Bob. Mary Pat's personality lit up any room with joy. Whether it was a St. Patrick's Day celebration, golf, or a party, she enjoyed life. Her true passion was her family. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and "favorite" to all her friends. Predeceased by her father Robert, father-in-law Donald, and brother-in-law John Velekkakan. Survived by her husband Robert, children Timothy (Rachel) Gerken, Kevin (Stephanie) Gerken, Kelly Gerken, step-children Erin (Rob) Barron, Brian (Sarah), grandchildren Heidi, Liana, Finn, Elliott, Parker, Wyatt, Abigail, Caroline, mother Eileen, mother-in-law Lucille, Siblings Robert Jr., Bonnie Lupia, Kathy Velekkakan, Eileen (Lino) Contestabile and Michael (Amy), loving nieces and nephews, and many life long friends. No prior calling hours. Funeral Mass will be held at Church of the Transfiguration, 50 West Bloomfield Rd, Pittsford, NY on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 10:00am. Burial at Maplewood Cemetery.
