I cared for Roger in the hospital and he was one of my favorites. Underneath all that gruff and tough i saw his Gentle, kind soul and a friend. Wish i knew sooner if his passing i would have been there. Love and light to you my angel.

Valerie, Heather, and family,
The last few months are really a blessing. Giving you time to say Good-Bye here on earth. But, his pain is now gone and he is free. One day the time will come when you meet again and say "I miss you". Prayers are still coming your way. God Bless!

Papa and his motorcycles. His love for Ford trucks. Spending the night and him making breakfast in the morning. We all loved climbing on his couch with him to watch cartoons. Fishing and the most his hugs and kisses. We love you very much papa.

Roger, my friend, I am so sad, but, happy for you that there will be no more pain and suffering. I have never met anyone with a will to live like you had. I will miss our talks as they meant so much to me. When you complete your journey give my Mom a big hug for me, we all know she will be watching over you. Please know I will do all I can to help Val and your Mom get through this time.My love and thoughts are with your family and for you, Rog, I love you man.
Your friend always, Elaine.

You fought so hard Uncle Rog and God finally was ready to bring you home. I am thankful I was able to see you and spend some time with you last week. I hope that you and Mom can get past your differences up there in Heaven. I am also grateful that you and Eric made peace and he was in your life again before you left us....I know you NEEDED that. Don't worry about Gram...we have her covered no matter what happens....she is a saint and will be looked after. I LOVE YOU OLD MAN & WILL MISS YOU!! GODSPEED!!!
