Obituary of Marianne P. Ogden

Marianne Patricia Kathleen (Kreinsen) Ogden, Age 61 of Mendon, passed away from her life long battle with multiple sclerosis on August 15th, 2022. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She is predeceased by her par ents, Donald and Loretta Kreinsen. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, David J. Ogden, son Jonathan Ogden (Melanie), two daughters Elizabeth and Christy Ogden (James Haas), granddaughter Addison, three siblings, many nieces, nephews and friends. Marianne spent the majority of her life fighting the battle against multiple sclerosis and allowed very few moments of weakness and forever maintained a positive outlook on life. She will al ways be remembered for her witty personality and clever sense of humor. She was the best wife and mother a family could ever have and it was a privilege to know her. Calling hours will be held at Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls, New York 14472, on August 17, 2022 from 4:00-7:00PM. Services will be held at Saint Catherine of Siena, 26 Mendon Ionia Road, Mendon, New York 14506, on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 10:00AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1000 Elmwood Avenue #900.
