Obituary of Michael P. Baker

Michael "Bear" Patrick Baker, age 38, died unexpectantly on November 14, 2022. Michael was born on February 26, 1984 to the late Patrick Baker and surviving mother, Penelope Clark. Michael is survived by his wife Chaa'Kaa Baker whom he affectionately called "Lil Berta", his stepdaughter Muzik Guilbe, mother-in-law Clarice Ivy, brothers-in-law Jonathan & Damien, his sister Jessica (Sal), nieces Leilana & Mea, and nephew Devon, along with countless other loved ones. Michael was known for being active in the ministry after dedicating his life to Jehovah and becoming one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Michael had an infectious smile and a contagious laugh. Michael loved nature and being able to explore creation. On a recent trip with his wife to Bozeman Montana, Michael said he felt like his heart opened wide driving in the countryside and his smile revealed that to be true. When you think of Michael, please remember his smile, his laughter, his faith, and his love for his family. May Jehovah comfort us all as we await the time when we will be able to see Michael again because of God's promise that "there is going to be a resurrection."
