Obituary of Jane H. Jobe

HONEOYE FALLS - Jane Jobe passed peacefully surrounded by family & friends, Nov 14th 2022 at age 79. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Jobe, her brother Thomas Haygood, Jr., and her cat Marley. Survived by her sister, Mary Alice Cowan (Joe), her brother James Haygood (Kathy), her children Sarah Merkey (Casey), Alicia Frank, Justin Frank (Michelle), Emily Aldridge (Corry), her grandchildren Ben & Liz, Hunter & Brooke, Chase & Daisy, her nieces and nephews Jill Halaby, and Haygoods Josh, Nathan & Carrie. Also survived by Bob's children Donna (Gary), Carrie (Chris) and Glenn, and Bob's grandchildren Lauren, Charise, Kile and Corey, and her lifelong friend Judy Haravitch. Jane was a popular and dedicated bank teller, and was Treasurer at St. John's Episcopal Church and on the Board of the North Bloomfield Cemetery. She loved her bowling league, playing bridge, talking politics, and high tea. Friends may call at Merton Kays Funeral Home Friday 4-7pm.
