Roger is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marilyn W. Smith; his children, Gail Smith Valente, Shelly (Jim Ghostlaw) Smith, and Guye (Cathy) Smith; grandchildren, Oliver (Amanda Colon) Valente, Eva Valente (Scott) Heiman, Adam R. (Jessie Doll) Chapple, Dr. Hannah Chapple, Joseph (Bridget) Smith, Kyle (Jess McLaren) Smith; and great-grandchildren, Max Valente, William Heiman, Lauren & Nelson Doll, and Patrick Smith.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, January 14th, from 10am-1130am at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home Inc., 59 Monroe St., Honeoye Falls, NY; service to follow. Interment will be held privately.
