Obituary of James J. Volpe

James John Volpe (87) of Mendon died Monday on March 20, 2023 after a short illness. Jim was a businessman of multiple entities including President of Volpe Motors, Volpe Leasing, Volpe Development and Honeoye Chamber of Commerce and served on the Board of Sonnenberg Gardens. He was a Graduate of the University of Rochester in 1958 and served in the US Army Reserves. Sadly, he leaves his beloved wife Sheryal, along with sons: James (Rachael), Jonathan (Nicole), and grandchildren: James "Joey" (Michelle), Ellie and Audrey; great grandchildren Olivia and Logan James and daughters: Lauren (Karl), Juliet (Aaron), Erin (Gary) and grandchildren: Justin (Nora), Kyle (Michelle), Michael (Alicia), Benjamin and many great grandchildren and sister: Coral Lynn Calling hours are 4-7 pm on Thursday, March 23rd 2023 at Merton H. Kays Funeral Home in Honeoye Falls, NY. A remembrance at Ascension Garden Chapel will be held on Friday, March 24th, 2023 at 12 pm
