Obituary of James M. Wilson

James Michael Wilson passed away in Honeoye Falls, New York, at the age of 77 on April 10, 2023. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Ellery S. Wilson Jr. and Arline (Unger) Wilson, and is survived his sons, Jeremy (m. Kimberly), Christopher (m. Elizabeth) and Sean (m. Jennifer); and grandchildren, Abigail, Jack, Ian, Connor, and Morgan; as well as sisters Amy Martin and Janice Freedline and their families. Jim was born in Rochester, New York in 1946 and resided for many years in Webster, New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University. He later entered the United States Army and served for 2 years during the Vietnam War era. He enjoyed many years of sailing on the waters of Irondequoit Bay, Seneca Lake and Lake Ontario. Cremation services to be handled by Merton H. Kays Funeral Home. Private services for immediate family only.
