Obituary of Lucille A. Keberle

Lucille ( Ceil ) Walker Keberle, born Aug. 4th 1927- Sept 1 st , 2023. Passed away at the MM Ewing Care Center in Canandaigua, NY. She was born in Elyria, Ohio to Clara A. Romeis and George W. Andress. She was the last survivor of 9 siblings. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Bobbie Walker Wood, Bonnie Walker Jordan, Dorothy ( Pud ) Walker Lambert. 11 Grandchildren, 35 Great grandchildren, 28 great, great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews and Cousins. She will be lovingly remembered by all her family and friends. She lived life to the fullest! She was an accomplished basket maker and teacher of basketry. She took pride in winning numerous awards at the annual Rochester Clothesline Art Show. She was an avid reader, loved painting, sewing, ceramics and gardening. She loved traveling with family and friends at anytime up to age 95. A special thank you to all of her many friends who helped us over the years to continue to be able to have her live alone until age 95. Her goal was 100!! Rachel, Connie, Jan, Marge and upstairs neighbors Linda and son John. Also a big thank you to the caring staff at the MM Ewing Care Center , nurses, faculty, and her loving friend and roommate June . A Celebration of Life event will be held Saturday, Sept. 16th from 1-4 pm at Fanatics in Lima, NY.
