Obituary of Kenneth R. Milner

Kenneth R. Milner age 85 of Livonia, NY passed away October 19, 2023. He was born in Rochester, NY to the late Ronald and Dorothea Bush Milner. Ken was also predeceased by his sister Joan Whipple and nephew Thomas Morton. Ken was a retiree of Rochester Telephone/Frontier Communications after 40 years. He served our country with the United States Coast Guard. Ken was a member of the Third Presbyterian Church in Rochester, Harrison-Lee American Legion Post 283 in Livonia, the ERAC Masonic Lodge, Lalla Rookh Grotto, Damascus Shrine and Scottish Rite Valley of Rochester. He was 2013 Grand Patron Order of the Eastern Star State of NY, Lift Bridge Chapter of the Eastern Star and Eagle Star Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. He was recipient of the DeMolay Legion of Honor. Ken is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elaine Milner, sisters June Belcher of Zephyrhills, FL, Barbara Morton of GA and brother James Milner of Rochester. Many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. At Kens request, calling hours will not be observed, but all are welcome to his Service Tuesday, October 24, 2023 to be held at the Third Presbyterian Church, 4 Meigs Street, Rochester. Private interment with Military Honors, Riverside Cemetery, Rochester. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Honor Flight of Rochester, P.O. Box 23581, Rochester, NY 14692.
