I lived down the street from the Milne family in the Milwood neighborhood and have wonderful memories of the Milne family. When the Lord calls our lived ones home, he leaves a gift of memories in exchange.

John Connelly, Monroe County American Legion posted a condolence

With deep sorrow and regret I am saddened to hear about the passing of American Legion Auxiliary member Deborah J. Milne-O'Brien. Deborah was a dedicated Legionnaire always participating in programs dedicated to the health and welfare of Veterans and their families. A classic example of her dedication is the many years she was the local coordinator for the USMC program "Toys for Tots". Deborah was always available to help someone with the collection and distribution of Toys at the Mendon Community Center or even at her home if necessary to ensure children within the Community and throughout Rochester had toys at Christmas time. Deborah's dedication and passion to help Veterans and their families will be sorely missed by her fellow Auxiliary members and the County of Monroe who relied on her many skills and expertise to manage those dedicated programs.
God Bless Deborah, Ed O'Brien, her family and many friends in their time of sorrow.
John Connelly, Commander of Falls Post 664 and Vice-commander for the Monroe County American Legion.

I remember Deb from Jr High and High School. I have a fond memory of a slumber party at her house, with all the girls from school. We did all the typical slumber party pranks and ate way too much junk food. Gone too soon, may she rest in peace. My condolences to her family all who knew and loved her.
