Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Charles, Pam and the entire family. It is with great sadness that Cynthia and I learned of the Passing of Kim. All the Wingate's have wonderful memories of spending time on the Lake in the Summer with all the Smith children. What a special person Kim was, and how she will be missed by all.
