Working at Gleason Works for many years Joe was a fantastic Go To Guy. Always willing to help even when he was out of the plant. I can remember several times calling Joe on his cell phone looking for guidance and he would say "hang on for a minute". I later found out that the extra time was needed to go out to his car to retrieve a set of electrical drawing. 100% class act! My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this difficult time.

My most sincere condolences to Joe's entire family. I worked with and for Joe for many years at the Gleason Works. As a co-worker and supervisor he was always there for me, supported my decisions and always had my back. Outside of work it was the same scenario. He helped me with numerous in house projects over the years as he did for so many of us. He has left me and all of us a wonderful legacy... A smart, knowledgeable, extremely clever, kind, generous and outstanding human being. I'm proud, privileged and honored to have known him and have had him as my friend. Al DeCook
